At Amelia Island Soap & Trading Company, your satisfaction is important to us! We take pride in offering thoughtfully selected soaps, bath and body essentials, fragrances, and coastal-inspired gifts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be in their original packaging with any seals intact.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
- A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ameliaislandsoapco@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging, if possible.
We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used or opened soaps, bath bombs, shower steamers, lotions, or personal care products.
- Products with broken or removed protective seals, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items, where clearly identified at the time of purchase.
These restrictions do not apply to eligible claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email ameliaislandsoapco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.
Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Amelia Island Soap & Trading Company will cover the reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible unused product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
