At Amelia Island Soap & Trading Company, we want your shopping experience to be simple, convenient, and enjoyable. We understand that plans sometimes change, and we're happy to assist with cancellation requests whenever possible.

One-Time Purchase Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email ameliaislandsoapco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If we offer subscription services or recurring purchase options in the future, customers will be provided with the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any relevant deadlines before purchasing.

Customers will be able to manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the available customer account features or by contacting us.

Subscription cancellations will stop future charges in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of enrollment. Charges already processed will be handled according to the applicable subscription terms and refund policy.

Preorders and Special Orders

If preorder or special-order products are offered, any additional cancellation conditions will be disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before fulfillment. Approval may depend on the status of the order and any applicable disclosed conditions.

Returns After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy applies.

Eligible merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
